For big time car manufacturers, making one would only take about a month or so depending on the design and model. The big robotic machineries and tons of manpower goes hand in hand to make these street dashers a dream come true. But what if it would take nearly a century just to build one car?
Zagato has been a long-time partner of the car mogul Maserati. Since 1932, Zagato has been providing quality service with this company crafting luxurious interiors and unbelievably stunning facade to some of its cars. And this time, Zagato revealed their most latest baby, the Zagato Mostro which took nearly 100 years to make!
In partnership with Maserati, the Zagato Mostro was unveiled at Concorso Eleganza Villa d’Este.
This sleek, futuristic and highly acclaimed car is powered by a Maserati V8 engine.
It comes with a six speed semi-automatic transmission that will certainly hustle on the road.
The Zagato Mostro features a thin, light and aerodynamic design; which is the original inspiration of Ugo Zagato back in 1919.
Making this 100-year-old idea into reality will surely make the late Ugo Zagato one happy automobile designer!
Zagato and Maserati will only produce a handful of these babies…
Despite being dead expensive, every vehicle produced is now SOLD OUT!
